An Italian delegation visited India from the 2nd to the 6th June 2008: to introduce the modalities of the Italian Mutual Guarantee Schemes amongst

• Indian policy makers

• MSME associations/Firms and Bankers shared with them the Italian experience of the MGAs called "CONFIDI" and to provided critical inputs to the Govt. of India organizations for structuring Mutual Credit Guarantee Schemes in India.

The delegation was composed of Italian experts from: UNIONFIDI (Mutual Credit Guarantee Association), INTESASANPAOLO (largest Italian private bank) the UNIDO HQs, Investment.
